What makes a Just Scan This permanent business card different from a normal business card?

-Our products have a scannable QR code permanently engraved on them that when scanned by any smartphone, your contact info is auto populated to the scanner’s contacts to be saved.

Does a Just Scan This permanent business card come with a warranty?

-Yes!  If your Permanent Business Card ever becomes damaged and quits working as a result of workmanship, we will replace your card at no price! 

Do you need internet or a phone signal to scan my card?

-No.  Our QR codes are data codes.  Your contact info will be easily transmitted with or without internet or a phone signal.

Do I have to download an app or pay a subscription to use my card?

-No.  None of our products need an app and there is no subscription required.  Our products are designed to be used with any smartphone with or without internet.

What are your products made of?

-All of our permanent business cards are metal.  We have options made from stainless coated with Cerakote ceramic coatings and options made from anodized aluminum.  

How do you scan a QR code?

-You open up the camera on any smartphone and place the QR code in the frame.  Once the link shows up your phone screen, tap it and your contact info will automatically populate.

What devices are your products compatible with?

-Our QR products are compatible with any smartphone, ipad, or android tablet with a functional camera.

How long does shipping my item take?

-All of our products are made to order, please allow up to a week for your item to be made and shipped

How much do you charge for shipping?

-Shipping is a flat rate $4.99 for orders up to $50.  Orders over $50 ship for free.

What shipping options are available?

-We ship via USPS first class mail, USPS Priority, UPS Ground, and UPS second day air.  All flat rate and free shipping orders are shipped using USPS first class mail.  All packages ship from Burlington, NC.

Can I track my shipment?

-Yes.  When packages ship, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain your tracking info.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

-If it has been 10 days since your item shipped and you have not received it, please email us at info@justscanthis.com and we will get you a replacement headed your way.

What is your return policy?

-All of our products that are custom made are not returnable, sales are final. 

What if I have changes I need to make on my card in the future?

-If you need to make changes to your QR product’s info, your data code will have to be re-created.  No worries, we still have your data and order info on file.  Just let us know what you need changed and we can re-create you a replacement card for half price.  Shoot us a message and we will get you taken care of!

Can I customize my card?

-We offer custom logo engraving as an add on to all of our cards!
